Refund policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, you may do so at any time before the order has been shipped.

Please note that a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable platform and payment processing fees.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still be eligible for a return in accordance with our return policy.

RETURN POLICY

Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom products are final sale.

Shipping costs to return any products are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is accepted and you have been issued an RMA number, we will help facilitate a return by providing a return label. The cost of the label and restocking fee will be deducted from the final return value.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  1. We will not accept any products that have been used or installed.
  2. Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition, with all components included.
  3. The product must be returned in its original packaging and material to protect the product during return transit.

NOTE: Refunds and exchanges will only be processed after the returned product is received, inspected and confirmed to be in new, unused condition. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their return product meets our minimum requirements to be eligible for a refund. Items sent back without first contacting us to request a return will not be accepted, no exceptions.

Once received, please allow up to 5 business days for us to review, approve, and process your refund. Once processed, please allow 3 - 5 days for the return payment to post on your account, this depends on your financial institution. All refunds will be returned to the original method of payment.

DAMAGES IN TRANSIT

Always open and inspect your package(s) upon delivery to ensure your product is correct, complete, and not damaged in transit. If you discover your product was damaged during transit, or you believe you are missing or have the wrong components, please contact us immediately at info@vicedesign.ca so we can work with you to make it right. Please include images of the damaged product, your order number and details about the product and any damages.
